Businesses only
We call businesses about their work. We do not run consumer campaigns or call people at home about personal purchases. The contact data we use is business contact data, such as company phone numbers and work details.
Where our lists come from
Lists come from commercial business data providers, public business directories and maps, or from you, when you have the right to share them. We record the source of every list so we can answer the question "where did you get my number?" honestly.
Do-not-call screening
Before a campaign starts, and regularly while it runs, we remove numbers that should not be called. That means screening against the national do-not-call registers that apply to the numbers on the list, such as the US National Do Not Call Registry, the UK TPS and Corporate TPS, and Canada's National DNCL. We also remove everyone on our own suppression list and on any do-not-call or existing-customer list you give us.
Country rules come first
Before we dial, we check the rules for every country on the list. In the US that includes the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule and state laws. In the UK it includes PECR and UK GDPR. In the EU it includes GDPR and each country's own marketing rules.
Some countries, including Germany and Poland, restrict unsolicited sales calls even between businesses. For those markets we agree the legal basis with you in writing before any call is made. If a campaign cannot be run lawfully, we will not run it.
Calling hours
We call during normal business hours in the local time of the person being called, and never before 8am or after 9pm local time.
Real people on every call
Every call is made by a trained caller having a live conversation. We do not use prerecorded messages, artificial or cloned voices, or mass text messaging.
Honest introductions
Callers give their name and say which business they are calling for and why. If asked, they explain how we got the number. They do not make claims the client has not approved, promise anything the client cannot deliver, or pressure anyone who says no.
Call recording
Calls are recorded for quality checks, coaching and compliance. Callers say at the start of the call that it is being recorded, which several US states and many other countries require. If the person objects, we stop the recording or end the call.
Opt-outs are final
If someone asks not to be called again, the caller confirms it on the call and the number goes onto our suppression list within one business day. From then on it is excluded from that client's campaign and from our own outreach. We pass the request to the client so they can update their records too.
Data security
Callers only see the campaigns they are assigned to. Everyone uses their own login, with two-factor sign-in where the tool supports it. Client lists and call recordings stay inside our dialer and CRM, not on personal devices, and access is removed the same day someone leaves. The sample calls on our website are role-play calls, or real calls we publish only with the permission of everyone on the call. Read our Privacy Policy for retention periods and your data rights.
Training and quality checks
Every caller is trained on the script and on these rules, and signed off on mock calls before they dial live. Managers review recorded calls at least once a week and coach on anything that falls short, including compliance.
What we ask of clients
You know your industry's rules better than anyone. We ask you to make sure your offer is lawful and accurately described, that you hold any licences your industry needs, that you give us your do-not-call and existing-customer lists, and that you never ask a caller to say something that is not true. Our Terms of Service set this out in full.
Report a concern
If you think one of our callers got something wrong, email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} with the phone number and the date of the call. We will look into it, listen to the recording, and reply within 5 business days.
